Specify the location of the location and orientation of the site where the drawing is located. This information is used in calculating sun angles for lighting purposes (for more details, see Lighting). The site orientation represents the angle of true north relative to the drawing axes. By default, true north is assumed to be in the +Y direction. The site orientation value measures the angle from the +Y direction in drawing coordinates to true north. For example, if the site orientation value is 90 degrees, true north would be in the +X direction. If it is set to 180 degrees, true north would be in the -Y direction. Changes to these settings do not apply immediately to a previously rendered image but do apply the next time the sun position is calculated; use the Render or Full Render command again to see your changes. Render settings are saved in the drawing file.
