Experience Level: Intermediate

Toggles the Perpendicular Snap on or off. When set to ON, you can snap a new entity that you are drawing to point perpendicular to another entity. You can snap a new entity to an arc, circle, ellipse, line, polyline, infinite line, ray, spline, hatch pattern, or plane.

 

  1. The 90-degree angle between the entity you are drawing and the existing entity.
  2. The entity to which you are snapping a perpendicular line.
